GMCET 2026 Conference Guidelines
1. Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- Word limit: 250–300 words (excluding title and authors).
- Structure: Title, Authors, Affiliation, Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion, Keywords.
- Submit electronically via the official GMIDM 2026 website/email.
- Each registered author may present one oral or poster paper (additional abstracts possible with extra fee).
- Accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings / Abstract Book.
2. Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentation
- Duration: 15 minutes (12 min presentation + 3 min Q&A).
- Presentation format: PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF.
- Slides should be clear, concise, and readable.
- Presenters must upload final slides at least 2 hours before session start.
Poster Presentation
- Poster Size: A0 (841 × 1189 mm), Portrait orientation.
- Include: Title, Authors, Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
- Text should be large enough to be readable from 1.5 meters.
- Posters must be displayed in the designated exhibition area.
3. Registration Guidelines
- All participants, including presenters, must register in advance.
- Early bird discounts apply until March 31, 2026.
- Registration fee includes: access to sessions, conference materials, exhibition area, networking events, and refreshments.
4. Sponsorship & Exhibitor Guidelines
- Exhibitors must set up booths a day before the event.
- Booth design should comply with venue safety regulations.
- Sponsors are entitled to benefits as per their package (Platinum, Diamond, Gold, Exhibitor).
- Exhibitors should staff their booths throughout exhibition hours.
5. General Participation Guidelines
- Official conference language: English.
- Certificates of participation will be provided to all attendees.
- Attendees should wear conference badges at all times.
- Photography or recording of sessions requires prior permission.
